Minimalist yet warm style

Villa Domiziana has a minimalist yet warm style with simple clean lines and can sleep up to 14 guests in 7/8 bedrooms. The villa is located approximately 5km from Porto Santo Stefano and has beautiful sea views towards the sandy beach of La Giannella. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a smaller sitting room and dining room with a veranda, a kitchen and two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has an adjacent study with a desk and sofa. All beds have new Simmons mattresses of high quality.

On the second level, there is a wooden floor with floorboards from the Tyrol region making it very warm and cosy. On this floor there are six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Master bedroom, with its King size bed, has an ensuite bathroom.

Comfort and modern convenience

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The main rooms of the house benefit from a Bose music system. The televisions in the master bedroom and living room have Apple TV and Sky, and they complement the minimalist yet warm style of the villa.

Health and wellness

The fitness and wellness areas of the property are amazing. Here we find a gym, a sauna made of fragrant Cembrian pine and a Turkish bath. The sauna has a large window overlooking the garden making it a joy to spend some time there. The minimalist yet warm atmosphere of the wellness area is something you will love. To complete the health and fitness activities of the villa, there is a wonderful 17-meter swimming pool with the water luxuriously treated with the salts of life, a compound of magnesium, potassium and sodium. These salts are good for the skin and relax the body.
