Villa I Mulini (“the house of the windmills”) is a handsome property with a wonderful infinity pool that sits on a hillside above Porto Ercole. Guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Orbetello lagoon, La Feniglia’s long crescent shaped sandy beach and the “La Rocca Spagnola” fortress that guards the entrance to the pretty harbour of Porto Ercole.

Home to a Mediterranean rose garden

Villa I Mulini is home to a beautiful Mediterranean garden with wonderful roses that bloom in late Spring early Summer. The villa has an elegant mix of antique furniture and contemporary pieces creating a stylish yet comfortable feel, including a wonderful infinity pool.

Cosy French style in the interior

The spacious drawing room has a large bay window that brings the outside inside the home and it faces the spectacular panorama of the Orbetello lagoon. The cosy kitchen and dining room have an elegant French flavour. The villa, sleeping 10, has four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; of which there is one main master bedroom, with a quaint study sitting room area and wardrobe. All bedrooms overlook the magnificent vista, including views of the wonderful infinity pool.

House for all seasons

Air conditioning is available in the summer if needed. In the winter there is central heating and two elegant French antique fireplaces, meaning it is very much a house for all-seasons, including the use of the wonderful infinity pool.

The exterior presents an attractive outdoor seating area and a wonderful infinity pool with sun loungers on a lower terrace. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view.
