Villa Ansedonia

Villa Ansedonia is a beautiful, 1970s style, family home that enjoys panoramic sea views towards the long crescent shaped sandy beach of La Feniglia, the peninsula of Argentario and its glamorous harbour at Porto Ercole. The villa, set in its own extensive grounds, is located within close proximity of the archaeological excavations of the ancient Roman town of Cosa and a short walk from the village of Ansedonia. One of the main features of the property is its stunning "L" shaped salt-water swimming pool.

The villa has several outside terraces and comfortable seating areas both in the sun and the shade. The  "L" shaped salt-water swimming pool completes the picture of this spectacular villa. It is just over 15 meters long (17x9x5 meters) making it the ideal pool for those who love to swim long while admiring the beautiful sea views.

The interior of the property has a wonderful retro feel, yet has all of the features for comfortable modern living - with air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV and a CD player.

The ground floor is made up of a large living room with panoramic sea views, dining room with large dining table and the kitchen. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor - 2 double/twin and one single bedroom - and 2 bathrooms.
